Irish Lung Fibrosis Association – Call for Expressions of InterestThe Irish Lung Fibrosis Association (ILFA) is now accepting Expression of Interest applications for the current round of the Health Research Charities Ireland (HRCI) – Health Research Board (HRB) Joint Funding Scheme 2023/2024.
Opening date for Expressions of Interest: 6th September 2023
Closing date for Expressions of Interest: 29th September 2023
Closing date for submission of full applications: 3rd November 2023
Expressions of Interest should be submitted to info@ilfa.ie
Shortlisted expression of interest applications will be invited to submit a full application. The submission deadline for full applications will be 3rd November 2023.
Budget and project duration: Up to €100,000 (projects with a lower budget are welcome and will be favourably considered) for proposals delivering outcomes at or within 24 months.

The Irish Lung Fibrosis Association welcomes expressions of interest that are in line with its mission and that deliver impactful outcomes for pulmonary fibrosis with respect to ILFA’s core pillars of research, education, support, and advocacy.
Projects including research on basic science, clinical research, behavioural sciences, epidemiology, treatment pathways, health economics, and patient-reported outcomes relevant to pulmonary fibrosis will be considered.
