Fundraising Platforms

  1.  Just Giving

    Here is the link https://justgiving.com/ilfa to donate through Just Giving. Note a fee is deducted from your donation.

  2.  Paypal Giving Fund

    Here is the link https://www.paypal.com/ie/fundraiser/charity/4043546 to donate through the Paypal Giving Fund. When you donate to PayPal Giving Fund through this page, 100% of your donation will go to ILFA.

  3. iDonate

    Here is the link https://www.idonate.ie/cause/IrishLungFibrosisAssociation to donate through iDonate.  iDonate charges a transaction fee but gives supporters the option to cover this fee, helping ensure that the full value of their donation goes to the charity. When you make a donation to us using iDonate you will see a small slider at checkout showing an optional contribution towards the fee (for example, €1.25). If you do not wish to cover this fee, simply move the slider to the left until it shows €0.00 before completing your donation. The fee will then be deducted from your donation instead.

Important! When lodging money to the ILFA account, please ensure you:

  •  Always include your name or the name of the organisation on the lodgement slip.
  •  Include your contact details; including address, telephone number, and email address

This will ensure that we know who made the lodgement and we can acknowledge receipt of your donation to ILFA.

 

Standing Order for Monthly Donations

Tax Relief

If you are a PAYE taxpayer, and make either a single donation or donations totaling €250 or more during a single year, ILFA can claim tax relief, at no extra cost to you. Donations are cumulative, so a standing order of €21 per month (€252 per year) enables ILFA to benefit from tax relief. If the tax is not claimed, it remains with the Revenue Commissioners.

If you are a PAYE taxpayer and pay tax at the standard rate of 20%, your donation of €250 is worth €300 to ILFA.

If you are a PAYE taxpayer and pay tax at the higher rate of 41%, your donation of €250 is worth €352.50 to ILFA.

You can download the Tax Relief CHY3 Form and post it back to us (see also www.revenue.ie). Please send your completed form to our address listed below.
