Upcoming Patient Information Day – 21st Oct

We’re delighted to announce that registrations are now open for the ILFA Patient Information Day, taking place on Tuesday, 21st October 2025 at 11am until 1pm.

This event will include expert presentations from:

• Dr Aidan O’Brien, Respiratory Consultant, University Hospital Limerick with an update on lung fibrosis.
• Paul Ryan, Respiratory Advanced Nurse Practitioner, University Hospital Limerick will help patients and carers “live well” with lung fibrosis.
• Dr Anja Schwekert, & Dr Aoife Carolan, Researchers at Royal College of Surgeons, Dublin will present their outstanding research.
• And as always, we’ll be inspired with a patient story. This time featuring Noreen O’Carroll,
