BUILD 2K: Buddy walking in patients with ILD

Are you or a loved one diagnosed with Lung Fibrosis (Interstitial Lung Disease) #ILD, #PulmonaryFibrosis or any related condition? Do you find it hard to motivate yourself to exercise, or find that no-one understands your condition? The Irish Lung Fibrosis Association and University of Limerick’s BUILD 2K Buddy Walking Programme might be for you! The BUILD 2K programme will pair you with a partner, with the aim of facilitating exercise through mutual support, and understanding.
